Ultra-light materials and a streamlined design make this vest ideal for long-distance training and elite-level racing. Available in multiple sizes and equipped with two Quick StowTM flasks, the Ultra Pro vest puts comfort above all else.
The vest is made with 3D vent mesh—an ultralight material that guarantees maximum airflow on sweaty runs. It also offers plenty of front storage pockets for easy access to fuel, water or salt tabs, along with a secure zippered pocket that fits most smartphones. The back features several stretch pockets that can store extra layers on cold days, but also accommodates an additional reservoir for longer self-supported runs. We’ve also added reflective accents throughout, so you’ll always be visible on early morning or late-night expeditions.

Yet full of promise in launching hydration bag design for long and ultra trail, Camelbak disappoints! My experience with the Ultra Pro Vest is now 1 year. in all weather conditions for distances ranging from 15 to 80 kilometers. Nice and comfortable to wear, if you spend a little time adjusting it. 3D mesh / foam construction and of good quality and allows to dry quickly. But the straps on the front tend to loosen. On the front we find the 2 clips / ventral straps adjustable in length at will, although there are also 3 bag sizes (S, M, L), they can also be up or down (8 locations possible) last setting and paramount for comfort. On one side there is a pocket with closure for the phone, on the other side 2 pockets with hem for sliding the gels or small bars for example, for the latter the lowest of 2 is the right size, but the other is a little too small to put anything, she used me trash. Always, in front face the classic place for the flanges, with a poor maintenance (on several trail the flasks are out), it is necessary to be serrated by the top with the help of a small cable, then with the loop "soft strand "surround it around the neck. In spite of everything the flask can leave but also finish completely at the bottom of the pocket when it begins to empty ... lately the 2 cables one yielded. On the sides have found 2 extensible pockets and very practical. In the back, the largest space, expandable and solid, it can accommodate a water bag and everything is provided for the hose. Part of this pocket is even accessible with the bag on the back. For safety, the whistle of course, but also reflective areas can be everywhere in front and behind.
