The fully anatomically designed Advanced Short is designed for recreational runners. The typical EIGHTSOX 8 support bandage gives the ankle extra stability while cushioning around the ankle protects this particularly stressed area of the foot. The cushioning has been anatomically correctly designed with asymmetric position of the inner and outer ankle in mind. The right-left footbed is supported by an anatomically designed ribbed system under the ball of the foot to provide extra comfort when running. Additional comfort elements are the non-constricting, fixed band and the Achilles comfort zone which provides this sensitive area with relief. The anatomically placed midfoot comfort zone on the outer region under the metatarsal bone prevents bruises and saves on weight.
