Good sandals. Excellent quality, workmanship, solid materials. However, even with a margin in size, they are too narrow for a wide foot and are not suitable for a high instep of the foot. I do not recommend for people with such a structure of legs. It is better to choose another model.

Sandals of good quality, but for a wide leg - not the best option. Even with a small margin in size, the width requires breaking in. The same goes for lift height. People with high leg insteps may be better off looking at other models.

This is my third pair of Keen Newport Bison sandals. They are great for outdoor walking and they protect your toes from being jabbed by twigs. You get two to three years wear, using them everyday. The bisons are much more rugged than the black cloth sided Keen sandals which tend to tear after about 15 months. The only reason to replace these sandals is when the sole wears to the extent that they lose their tread and get slippery. You can get these wet and it does not seem to cause any damage which is handy for walking through small streams to save you feet from the gravel.
