It seems like a quality product, made with good materials (you can't say more right after the purchase, you have to test it for a few months on the mountain). BEWARE that it is very small (take 1 size, 1.5 sizes more than what you usually wear). For example, in other models/brands, size 38 is 24 cm, 38.5 is 24.5 cm and 39 - 25 cm. In this model, size 39.1/2 is 24.5 cm, and size 40 is 25 cm.

I would like to know in terms of impact if the characteristics of the hiking boot is suitable for long trails. I have used another brand and would like to change. I need high impact protection in terms of heel cushioning. Is this the best model?

I don´t know much about impact, since my weight is pretty low. But I carry 10-20kg backpack, and feel very comfortable with these shoes. This is my third pair of the same model, and the last one lasted three years.
