Hello!! First off the Mammut Felsgrat Cap was a fantastic purchase! I use it on tough hikes and the hat keeps me cool and really handles sweat very well!! The S/M size has a range of 54- 57 CM or 6 3/4" to 7 1/8" My head size is always better small and medium, I found no problems with the fit of this hat!!
