The Sapuen High GTX is the right choice on all kinds of terrain. Mammut Flextron® technology supports the natural rolling movement of the foot and thus more efficient use of energy when hiking and mountaineering, while Mammut Georganic® 3D technology maximum comfort. All components in contact with the foot are anatomically shaped with great precision while the classic tongue construction offers easy entry. Optimized for hiking: a Vibram rubber blend for secure grip on outdoor surfaces and a sole design that supports self-cleaning. The waterproof GORE-TEX membrane dry feet.
Cushioning:
- Cushioning indicates how well a midsole absorbs shock. More cushioning reduces stress on joints and muscles and increases comfort. Less cushioning allows for more direct contact with the ground, and therefore faster and more accurate reactions.
Lightweight:
- We design every product with performance in mind. That´s why weight, in combination with functionality, always plays a major role. The lighter the style, the freer and more agile you can move. The more durable and dense it is, the more protection it offers.
Stability:
- Stability is needed first and foremost to keep your ankles from twisting. The more difficult and steeper the terrain, the more important it becomes. When touring with heavy loads, good protection is an advantage.
Waterproofing:
- In the rain, snow, or on that one muddy section of trail, you want your feet to stay dry. Waterproof shoes use special materials and technologies according to their intended use, which prevent moisture from penetrating, while your shoe remains breathable.
Protection:
- To protect your feet from rough rocks, roots or boulders, our shoes are equipped with special protective elements on the toes, heel or sides. In demanding terrain with boulders or on long hikes with heavy loads, more protection is advisable.
Grip:
- Shoes with good grip do not slip, even in wet conditions. They offer grip, adhesion and traction on different surfaces. The grip is influenced by the rubber blend, sole structure and tread depth on firm trails a low profile tread is suitable, on mixed or challenging terrain you are best advised to go for a deep sole tread.

The boots look good in the flesh, good sole, good construction, they seem comfortable. Number 42 seems to be just right for 27cms with little room for cold socks. I have yet to try them but I have a feeling that I will like them.

They are very comfortable boots, they have a semi-rigid sole, they are of excellent quality from opening the box. I have not tried them on long walks, I have walked with them in the city and they work wonderfully. Because of the brand, the price, the quality, Vibram and Goretex sole, I bet on them. Great buy!!!

There is no problem walking or trotting over rough and rocky ground. Mammoth is well designed for long walks and very comfortable, I love it.

I am still in the process of adapting to footwear, however I can mention that the product is of quality, because it has excellent manufacturing materials, the design is comfortable and aesthetically beautiful. I must also add that the delivery times by TRADEINN are fast, however it must be considered that due to customs issues in my country (Chile) there may be a delay, in my case I was able to make a withdrawal after 2 months, anyway the wait is worth it. but it is something that should be considered before buying.

I am Japanese. I usually wear about 28.5 to 29.5 cm with a high instep. I bought 30.5cm this time. The width and height of the instep were just right, but the length of the front and back was 1.5 to 2 cm longer. It was better than not being able to wear it. The design and making are the best. It may be light for boots, but it's a little heavy.

Very comphy..runs small..measure your foot!! Eureopean shoe companies run small. Also tounge is narrow. Very light..great traction so far.Havent done any real serious hiking but except to hold ip fine. Would recommend

I only have experience with 4000m. Maybe it´s because I´m more afraid of the cold. I feel cold when walking in the 4,000-meter snow field, but there is no problem when walking on rocky ground. The mammut is very well designed and comfortable for long walks, I love it.

Very comfortable, zero running-in, very light, and good anti-slip performance. The ankle protection is in place. Weight depends on size selected.
