In addition, this PFC-free fabric dries very quickly, in case you encounter a rain shower, and boasts good breathability. The elastic waist ensures optimum fit without slipping about and is very comfortable. The pockets set diagonally so you can also wear the pants comfortably with a climbing harness. Last but not least, the leg openings can be expanded using a zipper so you can wear the Transalper Pants well not only with high-cut outdoor boots but also with low-cut footwear.
