Our versatile softshell pant for men – ideal for alpine trekking and mountain use in cooler conditions all year round.
The multifunctional, water-repellent alpine pant:
- The Terminal is built for adventurous mountaineers and trekkers looking for a lightweight 4-season pant that offers durability and breathability for moving fast in alpine terrain.
Full freedom of movement:
- Tailored from our proprietary multifunctional Durastretch softshell fabric and containing natural bamboo fibres, it has a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish that will cope with long days above the tree line in changing conditions.
The Terminal is designed with an inseam gusset for comfort and unconstrained mobility. Its regular alpine fit allows room for your thermals and is combined with further features including two zipped front pockets, a patch cargo pocket, drawstring adjustment at the ankles and an elasticated waistband with belt loops. Our classic versatile multifunctional, all-season alpine pant.

Durastrech is a very different and beautiful material. Durable, flexible, suitable for use in all seasons depending on its type. I have worn products made of Corduro before. Salewa seems to have opened a brand new page with Durastrech. I bought two of these trousers and I am very pleased. Medium thickness, suitable for use in 4 seasons. It is not a very thick fabric like other companies', but it is very useful. The cut of the trousers is regular but the fit is narrow. It looks great. Trekkin sent it immediately, thank you very much.

The material is medium thickness, flexible and very comfortable. Athletic straight cut. It's quite tight, but not like tights, not like the straight cuts of other brands. Although it does not look very wintery, it can be used in fast alpine activities. Enough space is left for the thermal layer. It's almost short in size but very useful. It has drawstrings at the hem. Trekki n sent it very quickly and in great shape. Thank you very much.

Hiking pants to go fast in the mountains. They have an athletic cut, which makes them a bit tight, not like classic hiking pants that are wider. For me very comfortable.
